Roy Oswalt is making a rare relief appearance right now in Washington. The Astros have said he's an "untouchable" but the presence of some scouts in the house might be the reason why he's throwing in relief. Or, is he simply getting a chance to get an out after suffering a rough loss in his last start? Really, does any team need to actually SCOUT Roy Oswalt?
