Maller writes poor headlines?

I've never heard Ben Maller on the radio, but I do read his blog. Maller seems to have a solid grip on the world of baseball and his finger firmly on the pulse of the latest rumors, but he writes abysmal headlines! With so much knowledge of the game, why does he feel it necessary to write most of his headlines in the form of a question? I probably wouldn't knock this in the average blogger, but Maller is a media professional and should convey his authority with carefully crafted, click-enticing headlines. With a little more confidence at the keyboard, perhaps Maller could start constructing some headlines that have real conviction.
